Happy New Year!

I wanted to start 2019 on a positive frequency here but hard as I tried to write something on my blog, my willpower failed me.

It’s been some weeks since I scribbled on this blog. My non-activity and lack of posts are quite glaring. And I have no plausible reason to stay away from posting stuff.

There are days I open this blog, scroll through the pages, read a few blog posts from other bloggers and simply just move away. It’s not for a lack of story to share or for lack of photos to post.

As a matter of fact, there are a chunk of my travel diaries to dig into and a truckload of photos of my trip to Nigeria to sort through and share for you, my dear friends.

But I guess, I lacked the strength to stay on course. My writing energy went to sleep these past weeks. No reason or excuse is good enough.  Perhaps, it was just a mix of everything that holds one from accomplishing their goals. I’ve been busy thinking about writing, writing a few stories and failing to share them here.

And then the Christmas season came

And now it’s 2019.

Oh wow!

Kindly, do not give up on me.

I truly hope that you do not give up on me.

It’s a tad late now to say “Happy New Year” since the year is already on its 15th day.  Regardless, I must still do the needful as I begin my presence on this platform again.

Better late than never.

To you, my dear friends

Happy New Year!

I wish you all an amazing 2019.

And I hope you’d experience wonderful moments filled with good cheer this year.

Above all, I wish you a healthy year, filled with abundant laughter, hope and joy.

Thank you for not giving up on me. 🙂

I need all your prayers, encouragement, motivation and love as you’ve always shown me. I need all the affection to take off nicely on this platform this 2019.

Let me reiterate it once again, that you all mean so much to me and I appreciate your ever bubbly presence here.

Thank you very much to each and every one of you.

*Virtual Hugs* to you all.

From my Heart to Yours,

Peace and Love!

Savings Challenge:

Start your new year with a new tradition or challenge.

I call it the jars challenge. One jar is your daily jar and one is your weekly jar. Put one dollar (use your own currency) each day in your daily jar. Your weekly jar corresponds to the week of the year.

For example, this is the first week of the year so you will put one dollar in your weekly jar. Next week two dollars, third week three dollars, etc. Of course any currency of your choice –  Euro, Danish Kroners, whatever! Continue reading

I welcome everyone to 2018 and hope we’d tell our unique stories and make a good success from it.

Because it’s a new year… Continue reading

Hello Everyone!

The Daily Prompt – Finally.

Just a few hours to the break of another year.

And finally the old is giving way to the new. 2017 is gradually leaving the scene as we usher in 2018.

2017 brought me a potpourri of different emotions. I cried, I laughed. I failed, I succeeded. It was such an amazing year that saw me through different phases, yet, I triumphed and are still standing tall. Continue reading
