Spread Love This Season…

This happens to be one of my fav seasons of the year for the simple fact that it’s Christmas. The season is synonymous with happiness and good cheer. You know it’s a season of joy and a time to share with loved ones. It’s a time of expectations and anticipations, to give and receive gifts and presents.

However, Christmas has been over commercialised and this has desensitized the fact that it’s not just a time to be merry. But most importantly, it’s a time to reflect on the reason for the season. The Christ in Christmas!

As you clad yourself in this festive mood, do not also forget that you might feel so blessed to have the love of family and friends, a good circle of people to share your moments with. But, there are those who are feeling blue and lonely at this time. The less fortunate ones in our midst who dwell among us. The lonely at heart who have lost their loved ones… Let’s try to find them and spread some love to them too.

Let the love go around as we bear the fruits of brotherhood.
Giving doesn’t always take so much… there is always a little measure and way to be a blessing to others.

May we be blessed as we reach out to the needy amongst us.

Peace and Love!

  2. Beautiful sentiments. I also love this season and yes, may we spread joy and warmth to those we can reach. Let us wake with smiles of gratitude and joy.
I wish you a wonderful season and maybe some play in the snow.😊🎁💕
