Kindly Choose One… !!!

Kindly help me make a choice with these leaves. There is only one leaf here with different exposures. They’ve been filtered slightly. I need to keep one in my archive. Which one tickles your fancy? Which one should I keep?

Thank you for viewing. Will love to hear from you in the comments.

  1. well it depends on what you are archiving it for. As an image, I like #1 best but I like effects and this one is the most striking. If you like to put images together in Photoshop and want to keep something both as an image itself and also as as a leaf with the potential of being cutout and used in something else, I’d choose #3. #1 has blownout edges. #2 has one edge cut off so that limits it’s use as a cutout. #3 leaf is complete with a good range on the leaf – nothing blown out and nothing black on the leaf so it can be used in a collage. Tricky to cutout because of all the greens but doable. I also like the way the top edge of the leaf casts a shade on itself. #2 is nice because the flatter lighting brings out all the colors of the leaf so you see all the details.

  2. I really like the mild combination of colors in the second picture as compared to the sharp tones of the first and the third. But all images look beautiful in their own ways. ❤

  3. I like the middle picture which shows the finer detail in the leaf and wood. Thanks also for the ‘like’ on my blog – am catching up on some reading, apologies for my tardiness. Peace and blessings! 🙂
