Do You Dread Monday Mornings?

I welcome you to a new week and I hope you’ve got great plans for it.

I know how Monday Mornings can be. And most people dread this beginning of the week for obvious reasons.

Well, transiting from the weekend does not always give a pleasurable feeling. There is a certain fear about starting the week. There is always anxiety and excitement in the air. I want you to know that the fear of Monday mornings is quite normal.

The thought of the alarm punctuating a sound sleep or putting an abrupt end to a sweet dream dampens the enthusiasm to start the day.

But Monday Mornings must come.

The Kids must be prepared for school. Breakfast must be made and ready on time. Lunch packs must be prepared and packed. And you must be at work or in school on time.

Waking up on a Monday Morning to start another long week, doesn’t always put a smile on the face. There is always a lot to contend with. All you need do is to be rational and positive in your thoughts.

Well, this morning, I want you to be as happy and excited as you can be. I want you to simply turn on the feeling frequency that will stimulate your thoughts and make you grin for the rest of the week.

So, don’t be grumpy. Don’t feel awful, agitated, horrible, sad, or terrible.

Don’t complain, don’t blame, don’t hate, don’t criticise or find faults with your household because of the early morning rush to serve breakfast and get the kids to school.

Hey Sweetie, take it easy, okay.

These feelings return nothing good to you, rather, they send back negative vibes to your life.

It’s amazing when you start your day in a happy mood. It’s magnetic. It reflects all over you and is very rewarding. It returns back a lot more fantastic packages to your life.

When you give love, it adds, even more, love and value to your life.
