Tonight, on the menu chart is Fish Pepper Soup. I’ve served this recipe some time ago but there is a slight difference with today’s post. Pepper soup is healthy and can be eaten as lunch or dinner.
For today’s recipe, I have used Tilapia Fish. Other ingredients include but not limited to, chilli, onions, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and Knorr cubes. A small piece of fresh tomatoes (optional) but I like to add some for colour.
The Fish Pepper soup is served with any buns or bread of choice. It can also be eaten with white rice.
