Photo of the Day!

I’ve realised that I am becoming obsessed with flowers and blooms. I can’t seem to see flowers too many times and look elsewhere. No. I can never tire of their beauties. They are distinct, isn’t it? Each one is a delicate and intricate bloom. They are a subtle work of art by nature. I guess it’s not just me feeling this way. I’m sure I have a couple of you who are like me too. 🙂

Flowers are our friends. They help us do the talking in moments when we wish to express our emotions. They run errands for us. They help us express our love to our friends and families in special moments and occasions.

So, I went out this morning to pick up a package sent to me from the UK. I decided to take a walk to the depot. And then, I found these lovely purple, lilac and pink tainted flowers blooming. As I moved closer to them, their sweet fragrance enveloped me. And I stood for a few seconds in admiration of their radiant postures. They were eye-catching because they brought colour to their immediate surrounding.

The blooms smiled at me as they appeared to flaunt their beauties further by swaying slightly. More like an acknowledgement of my curious presence. Then they stood out like soldiers and my heart went out to them. They looked happy and evocative of summer. Thus, I fell in love with them instantly.

My Dear friends, wherever I go, I bring the memories with me. They follow me back in form of pictures. It’s apparent that it has become a lifestyle and I am so unapologetic of it. I hope you enjoy these memories of my morning walk brought to you here in pictures. Brought to you by these Sunday Blooms.

My Photo of the Day – Hope it brightens your day and makes you smile when you meant to frown. 🙂

Peace and Love!

  1. So agree with you! The beauty of this Spring is distracting me everywhere I look. I recently started following Peter Hillman and his nature photography on WP. Wow, he’s inspired me to upgrade to a macro lens for my camera. It’s like another universe up close ❤
