I just got a text message from a friend telling me she couldn’t sleep because she’s been feeling very sad lately. She has been whining all morning, feeling a nauseating pain, not physical but emotional. That’s quite sad!
Is there anyone going through a similar experience today?
Are you going through an excruciating pain that seems to overwhelm you? Both physical or emotional? Do you feel discontent?
Here is my response to my friend:
Try to read something comical that will make you laugh. Consider shifting your thinking frequency from negative to positive…
Step out, go get some air. Remind yourself of who you are and what you want to be.
Focus on the good and happy memories! Decline the negative invitation to bad feelings, silence the negative thoughts that keeps calling and threatening your peace…
Read the scriptures especially for the believers!
Call and speak to someone!
May you be enveloped with a happy feeling. May that sad spirit give way to a happy one.
